Paleo menu for the week of October 29, 2011.

Oven roasted butternut squash, sweet potatoes and cauliflower

Roasted pork butt with dry rub of anise seeds, marjoram, salt, pepper, olive oil.  Served with dried apricot and port reduction.

Slow braised beef ribs with coffee, chipotle pepper and ancho pepper rub.

Mashed parsnips.

Eggs, sausage and chard scramble.

Take out brisket and St. Louis style ribs.
