A. Work up to a Heavy Single in the Following Complex: 2 Push Presses + 1 Split Jerk

100# - got feedback that I re-dipped on at least one of my presses, so no dice. I went down to 95#.

B. For Time:
10 Strict Presses @ 70% 1RM Press
150 Double Unders
20 Push Presses @ 70% 1RM Press
100 Double Unders
30 Push Jerks @ 70% 1RM Press

50 Double Unders

Used 55#.
