5 rep max back squat
135# today. My quads are still surprisingly sore from the weekend. I didn't dare do any more weight because I felt a sharp pain, different from the usual general soreness, that got worse with squatting.
30 reps thrusters @ 65-75% of 1 rep max
10 toes to bar for each time the bar touches the ground
I really don't know what my 1 rep max is but I wasn't taking any risk with my legs being fried so I went with a safe 65#
I did the thrusters in 10-5-5-10, for a total of 30 toes to bar. I got stubborn on the last round as I didn't want to do anymore toes to bar.
