50 Dumbell Walking Lunges 45#/30#

Skipped part B. I ran 40 minutes this morning, my first time out training for a 1/2 marathon in Humboldt County on May 6. I'm running it as a fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and need to raise $2400.00 by April 19. So far I've raised $425.00. Oh my goodness. I'm not sure which to me more freaked out about, the running or the fundraising. I just need to take a deep breath and get to work. I can do this.
