A. Front Squat 3RM, Then Take 10% Off and do 4 Reps

3 HEAVY Power Cleans
10 Plate-Elevated Push-ups
25 Air Squats

My form on the cleans was pretty terrible today. Push-ups felt a little easier than last time I did them and legs were a tad sore still from the back squat and thruster day but not too terrible.
