A. Back Squat 5RM,
Then Take 10% Off and Do 6 Reps
165# - Awww yeah, getting it back.
B. As a 2 Person Team, 50 Thrusters @ HEAVY
85# - did total of 23 reps. My partner used dbs and did 27. Our time was 6:01. I had trouble firing the hips. I was doing something like a front squat followed by an ugly press. Ouch. I got a little better with some coaching but my form was all over the map, elbows falling and torso collapsing at the bottom and all the usual ugly little bits that happen with a bad thruster.
