A. Weighted Pull-up 5-5-5
No weight added. 1 (palms out), and 4 singles (palms in). I've slid, though it's good to see I can still do some dead hangs. I'd love to get back to being able to do multiples and add some weight. Come on Mission Clean Up Diet.
