A. Backsquat 3-3-3
* Use the same weight for all three work sets

155 across, which felt kind of heavy. I kept folding over at the bottom but my depth and form were otherwise ok.

B. 5 Rounds:
5 Man Makers 45#/30# DB
12 DB Walking Lunges45#/30#

I did the man-makers on the first round with 30# and then went down to 25# dumbells for the remainder of the workout. I just wanted it to be over. In the third round, I told myself I only had to finish that round. Somehow I managed to finish all 5. Now I have a headache. I'm glad I showed up.
