A. Bench Press 5-5-5
* Use the same weight for all 3 sets
95x3, 90x3, 90x3 - Wow, what a let down. I've lost some serious poundage on my bench. :(

B. For Time:
50 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
75 Push-ups
150 Double-unders
* 15 Min Time Limit
Got through the pull-ups, about 1/2 were chest to bar and I did them all palms in. I did 55 push-ups and then scrapped that plan and started on double-unders, of which I got 47. This was a discouraging day all around.
