I finally broke down and got an iPhone. This, in addition to long work hours in the past few months and declining diet habits, is a dangerous development that does not bode well for my health and fitness. I was up late, playing games, watching streaming video on the computer and eating candy. What has happened to me? What am I doing? I'm a hot mess this morning but the best I can do is to eat well and do a little exercise on my own. I'm running way too late for class and am too run down to hit a heavy workout. Tomorrow, I go to class.
