* Partition the reps as you see fit. Only one person working at a time. For the farmer's walk, both team members will do the 400m together with each one taking turns holding the dumbells.
Not sure what our time was. I used rx weight but did dips on a box, instead of ring dips.
I did 15,10,8,5 and 3 cleans, for a total of 41. I did a larger share of the dips, which are pretty easy on the box. Maybe I should have done modified ring dips instead.
B. Accumulate 2-3 minutes in a partner assist handstand hold.
I did 2 attempts of 30 seconds each. It was really fun!!!
