Max rep body weight squats (practice)
I did 5 @ 132# and realized this was not a good day to try this. I'm quite sore from whatever I've done in the past week.

AMRAP in 20:00
18 box jumps @ 20"
15 toes to bar
12 pull-ups
3 rounds + 3 pull-ups
Ouch. I thought I had at least 5 rounds in me but slowed down to a crawl after finishing the third round.
