December 23 and 24 I swam laps, one time a Sprint 8 format and the second time just 10 laps, not timed.

A. Back Squat 5-Rep Max
155# - We ran out of time so for the last round I jumped to 175# to see if I could do even one rep. One is exactly what I got.
B. Max Rounds Plus Reps In 9 Minutes:
6 Any Way Shoulder To Overhead @135#/95#
6 Barbell Walking Lunges @135/95#
4+3 jerks
I did use the 95# weight, despite hesitation. I thought it might not be feasible given how much I've been missing classes and eating not enough or all things non-paleo or both. It was hard but I managed. Only thing is now I feel like sleeping and I have light halos in my peripheral vision. Yuck.
C. 15-20 Ball-ups
I did knee-ups. I don't have the core-strength to get all the way up to the pill bug position. Not yet.
