400 Meter Run With Plate @45#/35#
30 Ball Slams @20#/12#
15 Pull-ups

That plate felt mighty heavy. Pull-ups were easier today.
B. 5 Sets:
20 Meter Prowler Push @200#/135#
Ooof. Rumor has it the prowler weighs around 40#, so I guess we were pushing 175#. Whatever it was, this was rough. I did it though, all five at the women's weight.
