A. Press 5-Rep Max
77# (PR) and I got 4 x 80# (also a PR)! Considering my 1 rep max is 85#, I'm pretty happy with this. I should test that 1 rep max again.
B. 4 Rounds: 6 Handstand Push-ups 12 Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups 24 Dumbbell Walking Lunges @35#/25#
Subbed pike push-ups and chin-over bar pull-ups. The walking lunges were the easiest part but my legs are gassed now.
I did not practice dead hang pull-ups after class today.
