My latest taste creation is cheese-free cesar dressing.
1 tin anchovies, juice of 1 1/2 lemons, 1 tbs approved mayo, 1 tsp almond butter, 4 fat cloves of garlic. Mince the garlic and blend in your preferred food processor/blender/etc. I suppose you could macerate the solid ingredients with a mortar & pestle and then whisk everything together, but man you're mortar would be pretty stinky after that. I opted for the almond butter and mayo for thickness. It turned out great and I didn't miss the cheese at all.

5 x 155 again but also 3 x 160 (PR, I think)
B. 4 Rounds:
5 Power Cleans @185#/125#
10 Ring Dips
15 Pull-ups
15 minute time limit on part B. Ring dips are with turnout.
Did dips on parallettes with raised feet. Pull-ups were fine. I did 105# on the cleans. I am not sure if I've ever cleaned 105# but I definitely have not done many reps. I got 3 rounds + 3 cleans.
