200 Meter Run With Bumper Plate @45#/35#

I stuck around for 11am Community Day workout
Group of 4
100 m run (2 people at a time)
100 hang cleans w/ 2 dumbells - I used 30#
100 m run (2 people at a time)
100 push-ups
100 m run (2 people at a time)
100 ball slams - I used 20# ball
100 m run (2 people at a time)
100 burpees
The two people not running take turns on working through the cleans, push-ups, ball slams and burpees
When everyone is done, 1 person working at a time - each person does a tire drag 100 meters. I think I used 70#.
This was fun. Tomorrow, I make up the workout from Wednesday, snatches and sprints. Though, I may do something else. My feet and ankles are tender and I don't want to aggravate further.
