Amazing Grapes!

The 5 year old in the mix was saying "That's amazing!" all afternoon on Sunday so I asked him to say "Amazing grace!" That transformed to"Amazing grapes!"

Wow, this was an off day. This normally would have been significantly easier, especially at that weight. I thought, because my lower back and pecs were sore (from deadlift and push-up workout) that this was a good call. It was. I didn't have much in the way of limited mobility there but my wrists started acting up again, particularly the left one and mostly I just felt gassed. Another day.


Food Log
8:30am coffee w/ half & half
11am yogurt w/ berries and almonds
12pm raw fennel, carrots, green tea
1pm Diet Coke, nuts
4pm turkey chili, brisket, apple
9:30pm half servings of turkey chili, brisket, salad, 1 oz swiss cheese, glass white wine

That workout looks brutal! I'm thinking it would take me easily 40 minutes! Nice work!
