Yesterday, I managed to 1) eat less often but make meals more substantial; 2) eat about 11 blocks; 3) eat enough carbs (mostly) per servings of protein. Best of all, I had plenty of energy, didn't feel hungry and woke up feeling fine today, despite spotty sleep.
My front squat PR has gone down by five lbs, from last year, but I did fine in Bikram and am not very sore. Damn! I forgot to take my fish oil this morning. I should put some in a small jar to keep some in the fridge at work.
Alas, Ollie did not get to go to Dillon beach this weekend but he did get to go to Pt. Isabel and swim in the gnarly Bay water. He's been really itchy lately. By process of elimination and changes, I've ruled out diet, fleas, his shampoo and the water he swims in. I'm not sure what's going on w/ his skin but he's gnawing. I think it's what they call "hot spots." I've got to do more research on dog skin conditions. Maybe I should give him fish oil too. I hear they sell cheaper stuff for pets.

Hot Spots or Superficial Polyderma does not seem likely:
